FACT Recruitment 2024 Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification and Experience:

1. Senior Manager (Mechanical): Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 9 years of executive experience.
2. Senior Manager (Marketing): Two years Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture or Management (with specialization or elective in Marketing Management / Agri Business Management) OR Two years Post Graduate Post Diploma in Management (with specialization or elective in Marketing Management / Agri Business Management) with 9 years of executive experience.
3. Officer (Sales): B. Sc. Degree in Agriculture with 60% marks.
4. Welfare Officer: Degree from a university. Degree or Diploma in Social Science or LLB (with Labour Law as an elective subject).
5. Management Trainee (Chemical): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (in Chemical Engineering or Petrochemical Engineering or Chemical Technology or Petrochemical Technology), with 60% marks.
6. Management Trainee (Mechanical): Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 60% marks.
7. Management Trainee (Electrical): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics or Electrical & Instrumentation), with 60% marks.
8. Management Trainee (Instrumentation): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (in Instrumentation or Instrumentation & Control or Electronics & Instrumentation or Electrical & Instrumentation), with 60% marks.
9. Management Trainee (Civil): Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with 60% marks.
10. Management Trainee (Fire & Safety): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering in Fire & Safety with 60% marks.
11. Management Trainee (Marketing): Two years Post Graduate Degree in Management (with specialization or elective in Marketing Management / Agri Business Management) with 60% marks OR Two years Post Graduate Diploma in Management (with specialization or elective in Marketing Management / Agri Business Management) with 60% marks.
12. Management Trainee (Finance): Pass in the final examination as: (i) Chartered Accountant (CA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India OR (ii) Cost and Management Accountant (CMA)/ (ICWAI) from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of India.
13. Management Trainee (Human Resources & Administration): Two years Post Graduate Degree in HR or Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare or Social Work (specialization in Personnel/HR Management) or Business Administration (specialization in Personnel/ HR Management) OR Two years Post Graduate Diploma in HR or Personnel Management or Industrial Relations or Labour Welfare or Social Work (specialization in Personnel/HR Management) or Business Administration (specialization in Personnel/HR Management), with 60% marks.
14. Management Trainee (Materials): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering OR Two years Post Graduate Degree in any discipline (including Business Management) OR Two years Post Graduate Diploma in Management, with 60% marks.
15. Technician (Process): B.Sc. Degree in Chemistry/Industrial Chemistry OR Diploma in Engineering (Chemical Engineering/Chemical Technology, including Petrochemical Technology) and 2 years of experience in the operation/ Analytical field/ Quality Control/ Chemical Control/ Process Control/ R&D in a large Fertilizer/ Chemical/Petrochemical Plant.
16. Craftsman (Instrumentation): X Standard/Matric Pass with National Trade Certificate in the trade of Instrumentation with 2 years of experience as Craftsman Instrumentation in a large Fertilizer/ Chemical / Petrochemical Plants or large establishments in the Engineering Industry.
17. Rigger Assistant: 10th pass with 5 years of experience in Materials handling, Rigging jobs, and other works related to plant/equipment/maintenance in a large Fertilizer/ Chemical/ Petrochemical Plants or large establishments in the Engineering Industry. Should possess good physique and physical stamina.

Maximum Age Limit:

• Senior Manager: 45 years
• Officer / Welfare Officer: 26 years
• Management Trainee: 26 years
• Technician / Craftsman / Rigger Assistant: 35 years

➢ While applying, the candidates should mention their full name as it appears in the matriculation/

secondary examination certificate. Candidate is required to submit valid identity card (mentioned

earlier) with the name exactly as in the examination certificate.

➢ The candidates must pay application fee shall be remitted through electronic fund transfer, as per instructions.

➢ Additionally, the candidates should upload scanned copy of their caste/ clickmunity/ disability certificate/ Inclicke and Asset Certificate etc.
