WB Police Recruitment 2024 Constables/Lady Constables (Kolkata Police) 3734 Posts Online Application

West Bengal Police (WB Police) is inviting eligible candidates to apply online for 3734 permanent posts of Constables/Lady Constables (in Kolkata Police). Mode of Recruitment :

The post of Constables/Lady Constables in the Kolkata Police will be filled based on qualifying the Preliminary Written Test followed by the Physical Measurement Test (PMT), Physical Efficiency Test (PET), Final Written Examination, and Interview. In the Preliminary written test, there will be 100 objective type questions, each carrying 01 mark. The duration of this test will be 1 hour.

Physical Efficiency Test :

All candidates who qualify in the Physical Measurement Test (PMT) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET) will be called to appear for the Final Written Examination. The Final Written Examination will consist of 85 Multiple Choice Questions, each carrying 1 mark. The duration of the examination will be 1 hour.

Fee Structure :

The application fee is Rs 20/- for SC/ST candidates of West Bengal only and Rs 170/- for other candidates. Fees need to be paid online using a debit card, credit card, or net banking.
