CEERI Technician Vacancy 2024:

Central Electronics Engineering Research Institute officially released new notification for the post of Technician (1) with 28 vacancies. Candidates are advised to check the official notification for the category wise breakups.

• Technician (1) – 28 Vacancies (SC-05, ST-04, OBC-05, EWS03, PwBD-02 (OH-01, ID/MD01) & UR-09)

CEERI Technician Eligibility Criteria 2024:

CEERI required the minimum eligibility criteria of 10th Pass or Equivalent / SSC with ITI qualifications or relevant field experience for Technician (1) positions. Kindly check the detailed information given below

• Technician (1) (Electrician) – Secondary School Certificate (SSC)/ 10th Standard/ SSC or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and ITI certificate or National/ State trade certificate in Electrician. Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 2 years full time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized Institution in Electrician trade. Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 3 years of work experience in Electrician trade in a Ministry/ Department/ Organization/ Public sector undertaking/ Autonomous Body under Government of India/ State/ UT.
• Technician (1) (Electronics Mechanic) – Secondary School Certificate (SSC)/ 10th Standard/ SSC or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and ITI certificate or National/ State trade certificate in Electronics Mechanic. Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 2 years full time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized Institution in Electronics Mechanic trade. Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 3 years of work experience in Electronics Mechanic trade in a Ministry/ Department/ Organization/ Public sector undertaking/ Autonomous Body under Government of India/ State/ UT.
• Technician (1) (COPA) – Secondary School Certificate (SSC)/ 10th Standard/ SSC or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and ITI certificate or National/ State trade certificate in COPA. Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 2 years full time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized Institution in COPA trade. Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 3 years of work experience in COPA trade in a Ministry/ Department/ Organization/ Public sector undertaking/ Autonomous Body under Government of India/ State/ UT
• Technician (1) {Mechanic (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning)} – Secondary School Certificate (SSC)/ 10th Standard/ SSC or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and ITI certificate or National/ State trade certificate in Refrigeration & Air conditioning. Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 2 years full time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized Institution in Refrigeration & Air conditioning trade. Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 3 years of work experience in Refrigeration & Air conditioning trade in a Ministry/ Department/ Organization/ Public sector undertaking/ Autonomous Body under Government of India/ State/ UT.
• Technician (1) (Welder) – Secondary School Certificate (SSC)/ 10th Standard/ SSC or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and ITI certificate or National/ State trade certificate in Welder. Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 2 years full time experience as an apprentice trainee from a recognized Institution in Welder trade. Or SSC/ 10th Standard or equivalent with Science subjects, with minimum 55% marks and 3 years of work experience in Welder trade in a Ministry/ Department/ Organization/ Public sector undertaking/ Autonomous Body under Government of India/ State/ UT.

Age Limit:

The Upper Age Limit not exceeding (as on 28.03.2024) for CEERI Technician (1) is Max 28yrs. The age relaxation of 3yrs for OBC, 5yrs for SC / ST & 10yrs for PwBD candidates. Candidates read the official notification for more accurate details about age relaxation

Salary:

As per the CEERI recruitment norms for Technician (1), candidates will receive Rs.19,900 – 63,200 /- Per Month (Pay Level-2)

Selection Process:

The candidates as reclickmended by the Screening Committee will be invited for Trade Test. Those who qualify in the Trade Test will be invited for a clickpetitive written examination. The final merit list will be prepared on the basis of the performance of the candidates in the clickpetitive written examination.
