• Senior Manager (Mechanical) – Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with 9 years executive experience in maintenance / consultancy / projects / construction / fabrication departments in mechanical field in large Fertiliser / Chemical / Petro Chemical plants or large engineering firms / construction firms / Government / Defence Services, of which last 3 years shall be (a) if executives of CPSEs on IDA scales, in a position one level below E4 grade in scale of pay E3 – Rs.60000-180000 (if 2017 based IDA scales) or equivalent / higher grade, or (b) if working in other establishments, drawing a minimum CTC of Rs.15.5 lakhs per annum
• Senior Manager (Marketing) – Two years Post Graduate Degree in Agriculture or Management (with specialization or elective in Marketing Management / Agri Business Management) OR Two years Post Graduate Post Diploma in Management (with specialisation or elective in Marketing Management / Agri Business Management) with 9 years executive experience in trading / sales / marketing of products in large Fertiliser / Chemical / Agro field industries of which last 3 years shall be (a) if executives of CPSEs on IDA scales, in a position one level below E4 grade in scale of pay E3 – Rs.60000- 180000 (if 2017 based IDA scales) or equivalent / higher grade, or (b) if working in other establishments, drawing a minimum CTC of Rs.15.5 lakhs per annum.
