Experience (Essential) Experience in mammalian cell culturing, maintenance and handling, UV / Vis and fluorescent spectroscopy, histology, immunohistochemistry, fluorescent microscopy, molecular biology techniques including agarose gel electrophoresis, western blotting, flow cytometry, RT-PCR, and related techniques – A proven record of scientific publications (as first author) applying the above said methods in PhD/Postdoc research in reputable journals is mandatory. Demonstrated interest in conducting experimental work within a modern application-oriented research and development environment, coupled with a strong desire to translate personal ideas into innovative technical solutions. Possesses an independent working style, excellent teamwork abilities, and creative and analytical thinking skills. Familiarity with laboratory skills, scientific rigor and ethics. |
