• NaBFID Officer Age Limit:

Minimum: 21 years, Maximum: 40 years.
A candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.01.1984 and not later than 01.01.2003 (both days inclusive).
The Upper Age limit relaxation: 05 years for SC / ST/ Ex-Servicemen, 03 years for OBC (NCL) and Plus 10 years gor PwBD.

• NaBFID Officer Qualifications:

Senior Analyst (HR): Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma with Specialization in Human Resources / Industrial Relations. Minimum 04 years relevant experience in HR Functions in Financial / corporate sector.

Senior Analyst (Administration): Postgraduate degree in any discipline. Minimum 4 years of experience in financial / corporate sector; out of which 2 years in administration department/ function.

Senior Analyst (IT and Operations): Postgraduate degree / MCA / MTech / M. E. / in Computer Science, AI & ML, Software Engg., IT, Cyber Security. Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Management / Application Maintenance / Business Support & Development / data governance / cloud infrastructure.

Senior Analyst (Risk Management): Post-Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Management with Specialization in Finance / Specialization in Banking & Finance / MBA (Finance/ Banking & Finance) / CA / ICWA/ CFA. Mini,um 04 years experience in relevant field.

Senior Analyst (Legal): Masters in Law. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Senior Analyst (Compliance): Post-Graduate Degree / Diploma in Management with Specialization in Finance / Specialization in Banking & Finance / MBA (Finance/ Banking & Finance) / CA / ICWA. Minimum 4 years of experience in financial sector.

Senior Analyst (Accounts): Post-Graduate Degree in Accounts / MBA (Finance/ Banking & Finance) / CA / ICWA/ CMA. Minimum 4 years of experience in financial / corporate sector; out of which 2 years in accounts and taxation.

Senior Analyst (Company Secretary): Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Minimum 4 years of experience in financial / corporate sector; out of which 2 years after obtaining membership of ICSI in a listed entity.

Senior Analyst (Economist): Master’s degree in economics with specialization in monetary economics or Econometrics or mathematical economics or equivalent. Minimum 4 years of experience in financial / corporate sector; out of which 2 years working as economist in BFSI.

NaBFID Officer Selection Process:

The selection for NaBFID Senior Analyst Grade officer posts will be determined through a Shortlisting-cum-Interview process. However, in the event of a substantial number of applications for a specific stream, the Bank reserves the right to modify the selection process to an Online Exam-cum-Interview format for that particular stream.

  • The Selection Process consists of:
    1. Online Exam.
    2. Personal Interview.
  • Candidates shortlisted based on their performance in the Online Exam will be eligible for an Interview.
  • The bank may choose to conduct a Psychometric test (non-qualifying) for personality profiling of shortlisted candidates before the Interview.
