One Year Training Apprentice Posts: (ITI)

Two Year Training Apprentice Posts: (Non ITI)

• Naval Dockyard Mumbai Apprentice Age Limit:

14 years to 21 years.
There shall be no upper age restriction for apprenticeship training as per MSDE.
Age relaxation for SC . ST as per extant rules.

• Naval Dockyard Mumbai Apprentice Stipend:

Rs. 7000/- per month for ITI Passed.
Rs. 6000/- per month for Fresher.
During the 2nd year of training – With 10% Increase.

• Naval Dockyard Mumbai Apprentice Physical Standards: Height – 150 Cm, Weight – not less than 45 Kg, Chest expansion – not less than 5 cm, Eye sight 6/6 to 6/9 (6/9 corrected with glasses), external and internal organs to be normal.

• Naval Dockyard Mumbai Apprentice Eligibility Criteria:

(1) For Non ITI Trades: 8th Standard Pass for Rigger Post and SSC/ Matric / X Std. Pass for Forger Heat Treater posts.
(2) For ITI Trades: ITI  examination passed (Provisional National trade certificate acceptable) in relevant trade with aggregate of 65% Marks.

• Naval Dockyard Mumbai Apprentice Selection Process:

Shortlisted candidates will be called for Written Examination, Interview / Skill Test.
The Centre of examination will be Mumbai only.
Merit list on the basis of marks obtained in the written examination would be called for Interview / Skill Test in May 2024.

• How to Apply Naval Dockyard Mumbai Apprentice?

➢ Eligible candidates are required to apply online through Naval Dockyard Mumbai Apprentice Portal (dasapprenticembi.recttindia.in).

Step 1: Register online for generating Login ID and Password.
Step 2: Login using the Login ID and Password generated in Step 1.
Step 3: Fill in the detailed Application Form, Upload all the required documents including photo and signature & Submit the Application.

➢ The candidates are required to upload good quality / readable documents (Passport size photograph, ITI Marks, SSC / Matric / Community Certificate etc.)
