• Assistant Director of Operations – Degree in Engineering in Civil / Mechanical / Computer Science / Information Technology / Aeronautical / Electrical / Electronic disciplines from a recognized University with Three years’ experience in; OR Master’s Degree in Science in the subjects of Electronics / Physics with two years’ experience in; OR B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University or equivalent with Physics / Electronics as subjects with Five years’ experience in;- (a) Air Traffic Control with Aerodrome Control / Approach Control / Area Control rating; Or (b) Licensing of Aerodromes / Flight Crew / Air Transport; Or (c) Management of Airside Operations of major/ International Civil Airport; Or (d) Aircraft flying with Commercial Pilot License; Or (e) Aircraft Flying in Defence Services; Or (f) Flight operations department of a Schedules Airlines; Or (g) Aerodrome Design and Planning
• Scientist-B (Physical-Civil) – (i) Master’s Degree in Physics / Chemistry from a recognized University / Institute; and (ii) One year practical experience in the testing / evaluation of building construction materials employing physical methods of analysis in a recognised Laboratory/ Institute OR (B) (i) Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering / Chemical Technology / Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute; and (ii) Two years’ practical experience in the testing/evaluation of building construction materials employing physical methods of analysis in a recognized Laboratory / Institute

• Specialist Grade III (Urology) – (i) A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in the First Schedule or Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualifications included in Part II of the Third Schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of section 13 of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). (ii) Post-Graduate degree in the concerned specialty or super specialty mentioned in Section A of Schedule VI of CHS Rules from recognized Teaching Institute i.e. Magister Chirurguie (Urology); or Diplomate of National Board (Urology) NOTE: The Qualifications are relaxable at the discretion of the Union Public Service Commission, for reasons to be recorded in writing, in the case of candidates otherwise well qualified. EXPERIENCE: Three years’ experience in the concerned Speciality or super-speciality after obtaining the first Post-graduate degree.
• Scientist B (Environmental Science) – Master’s Degree in Environmental Science from a recognized University or Institute. EXPERIENCE: Having at least three years research experience in Environmental management in Water Resources aspects
• Engineer & Ship Surveyor and Deputy Director General (Technical) – Certificate of clickpetency of Marine Engineer Officer Class-I (Steam or Motor or Combined Steam and Motor) as specified in section 78 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 1958 (44 of 1958) or equivalent as specified in section 86 of the said Act. EXPERIENCE: Five Years’ service at Sea of which One year service as Chief Engineer or Second Engineer.
